Born and raised in China, I moved to Canada at the age of 15. I graduated from the University of Toronto – Rotman Commerce with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Minor in Economics, and I hold a CPA designation. My background allows me to bring strong analytical insight and strategic thinking to real estate transactions across Toronto and the GTA.

I specialize in condominium, townhouse, and detached assignment sales in Toronto and the GTA, as well as resale transactions. Assignment sales require a clear understanding of builder clauses, approvals, pricing, and closing timelines. I work closely with clients to assess risk, timing, and market conditions, helping them make informed decisions in both assignment and resale markets.
